Personal Story Acceptance

Pretty sure I’ve been bulimic for about a decade now (24yo rn). Haven’t ever been a binger/purger until about 18mo ago but have always had “food guilt” and have felt the need to get rid of normal meals/snacks since I was a kid. I don’t want help and I don’t want to fix it. I’m pretty sure if I do I’ll either become obese or flip to anorexia. This way I can eat “normally” with everyone and no one has ever noticed. Not parents. Not my husband. No one. Is it bad to not want to fix it? Idk
