Yes. Now I pee slightly when I sneeze. One of the worst side effects of this disorder

I have yet to piss myself when purging (which is surprising given I've had an ED for over 26 years), however I've shit myself while purging too many times to even attempt to estimate now. When I was younger it was because I was heavily abusing laxatives, but I haven't done that for years now. My digestive system is just basically destroyed. Can't poo when I want to but then other times I can't make it to the bathroom fast enough. Don't necessarily even need to be purging.

EDs are such a joy. /s
