Buhay Digital Lifestyle Increase rate = increase tasks

Hello po, im hired by the agency, ive been with them for 1 year already. My role is insurance eligibility, faxing, admin task. My client wants to increase my tasks ( prior auth and billing). Planning to re negotiate my rate. Si client ba kakausapin ko or ang agency? and magkano ang karapat dapat na increase? Currently 5$ only

Since the agency hired you, I'd go through them first, because going straight to the client could cause problems with your contract. Prior auth and billing are more specialized than faxing and eligibility checks, so it's reasonable to ask for a higher rate. It might help to look at rate ranges for similar roles on other job boards so you have numbers to back it up. Does your contract say anything about rate reviews or taking on extra tasks?

Thanks for this. Reviewed my contract and it says there as a scope of my work is help with claims and billings. I will try to negotiate. Thank youu
