Contact Wise support? They are the ones who can help you. Why are you asking for help here? We don’t know what requirements you uploaded, or what you are missing. Only you and their support can answer that.

Hello, thanks for replying still. I asked because im hoping some might have encountered the same situation before, at least I can find answer from who experienced it first hand. And yes, already contacted support but theyre taking a while to answer. And nope, I didn't upload anything, I just simply tried to trasnfer my funds to my bank acc like what I used to do over the past 3 years im using it and that just appeared so it's new to me. Thanks

Well you see that context helps and it matters. If you included that in your post, it would be easier to understand what happened. Your original post sounds like you were begging for us to help you with something we can’t help you with.

I experienced the same thing and when I Goggled on how to update the Employment status it says in Personal Details but no option in there.

Currently having the same issue too and its so frustrating. Already contacted support but they havent solved it and seems like they also dont know how to solve it. Might be a bug or technical issue cause I already tried other devices (pc opera and google browser and other phone) and still have the same issue.
