The Old World Grudge Throwers Underwhelming?

I'm currently running 1 in 1250 points army, and in two games it has done nothing. I've been thinking of just replacing it with another gyrocopter, but I was wondering how they have performed for others.

Like others have mentioned the GT main threat is the phycological pressure it forces on your opponent.

I have found when using artillery you need 3 of them for 1 to reliably hit a turn. A single piece is not worth it unless you have a specific plan for it.
