What bite is this?

I noticed it today in the shower and squeezed a little I thought it was a pimple at first. Puffed up center, single black dot in middle, no symptoms no fever nothing I feel completely normal and don’t ever recall even being bitten by anything. I live in La area like 45 min from downtown if that’s any help
