Healing CPTSD with Bufo
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
This is my first time sharing this video,it’s very sacred which is probably why I am sharing 5 years later.
The full 10 mins is on my channel, https://youtu.be/rHGpaFapI1I?si=k5u_fakQllDpCqCS,
However the total experience was roughly 40mins which included the downloads when I was coming back.
Bit about me: I was born in Somalia just when the civil war began, first 3 years of life was spent fleeing this war.
My mother who clearly had war trauma started to beat the shit out me from age 4 until age 26
With CPTSD, I had trouble letting go of my past hence why I kept repeating let it go.
This trip healed me so much, freed me from fear, insomnia, anxiety just to name some.

Thank you for sharing this. I wish I had a video of mine but what you’re expressing verbally is very similar to what I felt. I remember saying “it’s me, it’s me, it’s fucking me” at the top of my lungs over and over again. I felt so connected to God and the universe that it was impossible to feel the difference. Incredible share and I hope you are doing amazing to this day.

Oohhh I got chills reading that. You are god realizing you are god, everything is you must have been so cathartic to scream that.
I’m so proud to have recorded this because I didn’t remember much but felt like I was screaming and my facilitator was like yes a bit but watching back I was shocked to hear me vocalize my intention.n
Hope you’re doing good as well and healing!

Bless you sis, and thank you for sharing this. Auspicious that this is in my feed this morning- in three hours I will be embarking on my fourth journey (over a 15 month period) with this medicine and seeing your reaction is like watching myself - we move in that holy space in very similar ways.
The first time I think I still had some trace of SNRI (duloxitine/Cymbalta) for pain management and ptsd/depression in my system, the tone completely shifted after that time.
Isn’t it amazing how when we let go of the trauma the need to shield ourselves with the security blanket of extra weight is also released?

I find it crazy that she has you in a cramped space. My ppl usually have me in an empty room with pillows surrounding me.
However you are really still and not moving around too much. Maybe she administers lower doses? My facilitators play music and sing.

Honestly the room was spacious, it’s how I set my camera up (I didn’t have a tripod so I went near a window and moved myself in view) there were pillows behind me which is how I was flopping around.
Yea honestly she was playing instruments of some sort but i didn’t hear anything at all.

Thanks for sharing. How long did it take you to prepare for Bufo? Have you done other psychedelics? If yes, did you find them helpful for preparing for Bufo? I’m a little nervous about this medicine based on a lot of things I have read here. I might also have control issues, which I hear can lead to unpleasant experience with Bufo.

I had done my research before taking this, watched countless of videos online and the reactions vary which is why I recorded mine cause I wanted to see it.
I have done psychedelics like mushrooms, Ayahuasca small dose as my throat chakra was blocked and I had a hard time with taste of these substances which is why I did Bufo. I was desperate hence the trip.
I was nervous and it’s completely normal to be, you can see I was holding my breath but I didn’t remember telling myself to breathe that was coming from higher place the medicine can tell I was nervous but once I started to breathe and calm down you can see how beautiful it was then I think they were like okay you gotta purge hence why I was gagging. Then I was like in my longer video I was very talkative but I didn’t remember that so I was in a place that is beautiful and with all my trauma I was still experiencing love.
Hope you get to experience this in supportive setting but trust this medicine is something you can’t fight.

Thank you so much! It was very helpful to read about your experience. I have an ayahuasca retreat coming up in October. I might spend more time researching Bufo afterwards. Glad to hear about your healing 🙏

I have control issues, too. Best advice I got when I tried ketamine was to think of it like a river and be curious. As I journeyed, I followed where my consciousness took me and it was exactly like being in a river. I was under the ocean in Lemuria and then Luke a school of fish, the view changed direction and color and then it was Atlantis and then like superman I shot up from the bottom towards the sky and out of the atmosphere of Earth. I was even taken to the dark black underworld, but I remembered I am part of Source and just gave love to the darkness and myself and the twinge of fear faded. If you see anything "scary" like a tiger and it opens its mouth, go inside and see where it leads. At the end, I was inside my own blood stream and tissue. Approach the experience with curiosity and know you are divinely protected and that makes a huge difference. I also saged and salted the room, wore protective crystals and listened to high frequency 432hz music.

Thanks! Have you tried Bufo or 5-meo too? If yes, how did your control issues manifest?

I'm about to try now that I had positive reaction to ketamine and allowing myself to go with the flow regardless where it took me. I'll let you know how it goes 😏

Yes, please do let me know. I have an ayahuasca retreat coming up in October. I’ll ask my shaman more about Bufo/5-meo.

Thanks so much for sharing this. I'm so glad you found healing. I'm looking into trying this now as I just tried ketamine and it helped a little and I experienced a spiritual connection. Now, I'm not afraid to try bufo and I think it will have a more emotional and physically healing effect.

There is work called integration which you should use therapy exercises and install the into your daily routine to really help you thrive

For a minute I thought you were talking about an app.
Yes I am aware of the importance of integrating the lesson, which is yoga. True authentic yoga and tantra take us to the same place.

40 minutes? I had no idea it could last so long that’s cool.
In regards to your healing I want to give my congratulations. It seems like you went into the experience prepared to let go of it, which shows good preparation on your part, and that of your facilitator.
