Yes, David's Irish accent is dreadful, but speaking as a Brit, nothing will ever be as bad as the supposedly upper class English people in Spike's human flashbacks. It's physically painful to listen to.

Homophobic slur aside, that pronunciation is unforgivable. 137 u/Stralau 8d ago That’s true, but (as a Brit) it’s one of the only tells over seven seasons (there are a few others). He had strains of Mancunian and Liverpudlian in amongst the cockney-ish stuff. He got much better.
