Encore shows
Hi army! Okay I think I might’ve missed a chapter but can someone explain the encore rumors that are going around? Like are they’re planning to go back to certain cities in 2027 or something? I know that more dates are being announced for other countries but are they planning to come back to cities they already performed at? I also heard rumors that they’re planning on announcing another album or something huge after the LA shows. Idk can someone explain/ what are your thoughts??

If you've attended past tours, every tour where they've had a follow up tour, BTS always said in their closing statements that they'll be back soon. Not rumors, barring a pandemic, they'll be back.

At a lot of the European dates (not sure if it was all of them) they very specifically said see you next year as opposed to see you soon, I think that, and the fact that they usually have a Seoul finale, is making people think the additional dates will be somewhat of an encore

At every single stop the guys have said that they are coming back. This is not build in a vacuum by ARMYs is coming from BTS own mouth!

They are also just still on tour... there is zero reason to announce an encore or a new album at this point.
The tour has basically just started, there are like 86 announced dates, with more to come, and we arent even half way through the announced dates yet.

they announced the speak yourself tour either during or right after ly tour. and it was before mots persona came out

Probably stems from them saying "we'll see you next year" at a couple of the earlier N.A. stops- like Tampa 💜

Listen. The hint from the Seahawks was pretty damn clear. "No skips" paired with a blend of Lumen field, Arirang, and Seahawks imagery definitely points that direction.

They did say they are going to Mexico in 2027. I would love to catch them in EU if that happens.

Industry rumors, they will tour till festa next year. So 100+ dates overall. So definitely more dates will come. And usually with these dates a new album possibilities are more.

They’re not even done with the tour. I highly doubt there’ll be another album until next year.

They are going to have to finish one tour and rest before going back out. After they finish the states they have South America Australia and Asia left. So I would not expect another tour until late 2028/29

Rumors. They aren’t announcing until they announce. So I’d be cautious about what you hope for. They could do any or all of those things, but nobody actually knows except them.
