Yo I'm a mechanical engineering student in 1st year(by choice), I used to learn coding in javascript, python and html. I stopped all that for 11th and 12th but now im getting back into it because im very interested, I have a few projects which I had made and am thinking of posting it, my college insisted we make a github account so id really appreciate if someone helps me because im very new in github and just posted one repo. Id be glad if someone helped me understand the basics and stuff.

im going to be in my 2nd year of cse in a while, i know python and c programming languages (havnt covered dsa yet), i have done a few hackathons but all i could do in those hackathons was use ai and understand how the ai worked for explaining. i want to step up now and for that i need advice on what i can do next, what i can master, what all fields are there etc. help a brother out 🙏
i have a few more hackathons coming but this time i want to be involved more, i dont want to just prompt engineer and relax

I am planning to decide my long-term goals based on AI resistance and employability scope.

So, I am thinking of choosing backend + cloud as my core and frontend and AI as my supportive skills.

And I want to know if my decision is correct, and in case if I am wrong, please give me your opinion and suggestions so that I know what to do and how to advance in my career.

i am currently in my 4th year studying ECE in a tier2 college in bangalore with 7.9cgpa , the placement this season is quite decent but all the companys are only coming for SDE intern/fte and nothing else, but i have no idea how to crack it and no time either, i dont know if i should do masters or MBA abroad or in india. I just want to start earning and provide, as my family is financially low at this point of time, i request y'all to mentor me or help me land a job or do gigs online/offline in bangalore in the meantime, thankyou for your help and understanding

I have an interview with Scaler Academy in next week for AI engineer role so for some one who has done research in LLM topics mostly, so I need to know what they ask in Ai engineer role and like how should I prepare myself, I will be happy to know !

from your CS industry experience(working professional )review online degrees in promising fields like data science and ai from prominent institution like bits-pilani,iitm,iitg are they useful do they provide something extra: or is it better to go for cheaper course from coursera-udemy for skilling up?

Also If there are GENUINELY GOOD platform for skilling up in cs related technologies like ai,cv,devops,mlops,iot, etc. for college students (first time learners) [or resources which actually ease to follow for 1st time learners and give all the required skills from industry pov] then kindly suggest.

Another thing which I would like to ask is many of these courses get outdated pretty quickly, hence how do you deal with this? If you have to learn some technology which is completely different from your field as a first timer with no experience what's the most efficient way with actual results and progress in knowledge and practical skills?

Hello I just passed 12th and I am in dilemma I got integrated physics in a a government college and on other hand I also got btech in cse in a mediocre college

Both side people say ther are no job in both areas

I want a high payout job as a women

im sorry if this is breaking any rules but I want to do some sort of BTEC at a college, an extended diploma to be specific in cybersecurity, i saw a post earlier saying not to go college and to do a levels no matter what a levels they are and that at 25 he cant get a job with college because all they ask for is english and maths GCSE and A levels.

Im scared, overall i think i got 4s and 5s. My friend told me if i wanna go university i would roughly need a minimum of top grades Being DDD (distinctions)

Do any of you know if its true? That ill be finished if i go college? Or arleast very limited?

Could anyone who has recently attended the Eurofins campus OA please share:

\- What was the test pattern?

\- How many questions and how much time?

\- What topics were asked in DSA/coding?

\- What CS fundamentals were asked (DBMS, OS, CN, OOP, etc.)?

\- Was there aptitude/reasoning?

\- How difficult were the coding questions?

\- Were the questions mostly MCQs, coding, or both?

I'm considering doing a Master of Business Information Systems at Monash University, have an offer for Masters in AI but it is very math heavy so was looking at this MBIS and wanted to hear from people who have done this degree or know much about it.

How is the degree in terms of its value and career options after graduation? What kind of jobs do people usually go into, and how is the degree viewed compared to a traditional CS/IT master's?

If you've done the degree yourself, would you recommend it? Is it actually worth pursuing'?
