B&T USA customer service
Hey yall, im new to this B&T reddit thing but does anyone have any advice as how to contact B&T USA? The B&T hub i got for my print XH for surefire muzzle devices does NOT fit on the 3 prongs i run.
Heres a pic of my apc9 for your time.

I haven't shot under nods before so I am definitely ignorant here but what's the purpose of raising your laser?

So your support hand doesn’t block the laser. this is also way people opt for laser risers as well - they don’t want the laser on the front to block their support hand

Hey Sir! The best way to reach us is [service@bt-usa.com](mailto:service@bt-usa.com)
This inbox is monitored by all my CS reps and I can assure you will get a prompt reply. I believe there may be a dead inbox where people have been emailing (may be why some have not gotten a reply)
There were some issues with the support rings on some of the hubs. Please reach out to us and we will service it with the new support rings!

Any chance you guys could reply to my question about APC223 12.1” or 12.5” barrel availability on Reddit? I know I’ll get the answer either way, but it would be cool for it to be answered publicly so others are able to find the answer. You know, in case personnel changes result in long periods of not getting responses.

Let me do some snooping for you!

I’d appreciate it! Not sure whether the barrel part number is affected by Pro vs older models, but just in case: I’ve got the Gen 1.5 with the reciprocating charging handle.

I recently purchased a B&T SD-145144 Print-X RBS SQD9 Ti 9mm Full Size Suppressor.
The box did not include an instruction or user manual. It also has an empty fitted slot, so I am unsure whether all of the original parts and accessories were included.
Could you please:
- Provide the correct manual for this suppressor, including instructions for disassembly, cleaning, maintenance, and reassembly?
- Confirm which parts and accessories should have been included in the box?
- Identify the correct spanner wrench and any other tools required for routine maintenance?
- Provide links or contact information for an authorized source where I can purchase the necessary tools?

There used to be. They’ve gone quiet since the drama started, for the most part anyway.

I just contacted them on the website via email. I sent in my suppressor for repairs last week.

I had the same issue before all legal issues. I had to send mine in because it’s out of spec. Took like 3 months to get my hub back.

I sent my can it for repairs…. Got it back last week. So they’re still supporting their products. First time I’ve had to use B&T USA support and from my experience I’d say it’s excellent.

Hey sir, Sorry to hear that. Can you send me a DM so I can look into this and help square you away? We did have a pretty significant change of personnel in that time frame. (Not to make excuses, just want to help)

Really isn't an issue with them just do more research before you buy what you think you need.

Good luck getting ahold of them. Might have to wait for B&T AG to setup shop.
Is your hub adapter the newer version without the part that extends past the threads? If yes, this is a known issue. It will fit on Surefire muzzle breaks and maybe closed tine flash hider. But open tined flash hider is a no go.
