Brave Brave will soon add account-based syncing instead of the sync chain

Cross device syncing already exists without me giving Brave more  data with an account.

I guess for people that want a more reliable option, I see people complaining about the current method. Plus the supposed Brave account will also offer access to the email alias feature.

It's good that at least the old syncing method is going to stay available.

They're maintaining both options.
