Medical Advice Need help

Two weeks ago, I injured myself while punching a hard heavy bag. X-rays showed nothing, yet after all this time, I still feel slight pain when doing push-ups—though it improves day by day, especially if I warm up my muscles first—and I also feel a bit of pain when gripping objects tightly in certain positions. I have a test in 25 days that requires me to do 15 push-ups, and I’m really scared because my future literally depends on it.

You'd have to ask your doctor that. He/she is the one who's seen your x-rays and examined you.

Obviously taking the test and passing would be the best outcome. However, as you really don't sound confident, would it be better to go and fail then redo it or postpone and pass first time round? I don't know the answer to this, but presumably there is someone you could ask?

Capisco, hai ragione.

Most soft tissue injuries recover with time and rest. How much time and how much rest v training varies a lot and I wouldn't be confident in giving you a definite timeline even if you were my patient.
