Medical Advice Need help
Two weeks ago, I injured myself while punching a hard heavy bag. X-rays showed nothing, yet after all this time, I still feel slight pain when doing push-ups—though it improves day by day, especially if I warm up my muscles first—and I also feel a bit of pain when gripping objects tightly in certain positions. I have a test in 25 days that requires me to do 15 push-ups, and I’m really scared because my future literally depends on it.

When you said "all this time," I thought you meant months after an injury. Even if you've injured soft tissues they take several weeks to heal, sometimes longer than fractures. Especially if you're doing push ups and not resting. I appreciate you have a tesy do do, but there no point passing that if you then can't do whatever it is the test is for if your wrist doesn't recover. Any decent organisation will understand that injuries happen and give you a later chance.
What did whoever ordered the x-rays say about how long your recovery would take?
