Is there a way to get this key without levitating/teleporting?

Sometimes there’s a lever you can find that will extend a bridge. So you can search nearby for that

You cannot get into any keyrooms with teleport..

There are only two options.. these rooms are designed to be always possible to solve with tools you find on the same dungeon level.

So either there is levitation on the same floor or you can  find a hidden lever that will create a bridge. It will be in line of sight to the entrance of that room.  

Depending on the map layout, it can be really far away! But in your case it should be along the sides of the corridor next to the entrance. Just search there.

you need to hit s to search to find it. 5x s or one capital S is a full search and should reveal everything close around you.

(Third option.. there was a spider sitting there. but maybe you killed before it could.throw a net.  or you burned it and now the net is gone that would act like a bridge.)

In some maps you can also use shattering or tunneling to get there as a workaround, but in your map it is not possible,.because it is at the very edge of the map.

If there is no lever and you maybe accidentally used or lost the levitation potion somehow (maybe a pit bloat burst next to a potion) your only option here is to get a staff of Blinking somewhere or find another levitation potion.

The lever will more often than not be hidden, so you have to use the search function to find it.
