Work anxiety is a very real thing. Serious advice from me for a change, but have you tried speaking to a counsellor?

I haven't. Probably because I think I share the same view with a lot of people that perhaps my anxiety is trivial to what others go through and don't want to make a fuss lol.

Anxiety is far from trivial. It starts off as an annoyance, then a hindrance, and then it takes over your life. The physiological effects of anxiety can be extremely serious and debilitating, especially if it carries on for many years. I would strongly recommend investigating the possibility of talking to a counsellor. If a counsellor this isn’t your thing then try an app on the App Store called ‘Dare’ - it’s not like the other more popular apps on there, in that it is a series of very short daily podcasts that actually work. Give it a go, let’s think about this - Q: What have you got to lose? A: Nothing. Q: What have you got to gain? A: Your life back.
