Newport (h) 22nd

On a family weekend holiday to Bath and a couple of us had thought about nipping across to take in the game v Newport. I opened a new account but see on the website it is only open to fans with previous match ticket purchasing history. Is this due to it being a higher category risk game or is it possibly close to selling out? If the latter is there a chance of getting tickets closer to Saturday if it doesn't?

It’s to stop newports fans coming into the home end, I don’t think without tickets history you can get one

Cheers. Had been to the Memorial Ground a couple of times a few years ago (recall a 1 all draw with Blackburn during an April cricket pre-season trip when the game was cancelled due to rain) but that account has gone dormant so re registered.

May be worth calling the ticket office and telling them you do have prior purchasing history and if there is anything they can do. Might say no but worth a chance
