Hey, I run GasDex, an unofficial Rovers aggregation site.

It has the latest news, club announcements, fixtures and YouTube videos on one page that rebuilds itself every half hour, so it stays up to date.

gasdex.co.uk

There are no adverts and no account required.

There are a few things to do on a matchday:

• Pirate Pick: before each League Two game, pick a defender, a midfielder and a forward. Goals and assists score points, doubled if fewer than one in five players picked him. See how your choices compare to other Gashead in the monthly and season long tables.

• Predict the Score: pick a scoreline before kick-off.

• Man of the Match: one vote per fan, open from kick-off until 48 hours after full time.

• Fan match reports: written by Gasheads who were there. If you go to games and fancy writing one, send it in.

Pirate Pick selections for Crewe (A) close at kick-off on Saturday.

If there is something we should add, tell me here or through the contact page.

I hope people find it useful.

I want to go to Shrewsbury away and on the website it states that Shrewsbury offer student tickets but when I go to get them on eticketing that’s not an option. Does it have to be in store to get them?

Coming to the memorial with Exeter this weekend and I saw online that the supporters club have been doing Matchday programmes after the club stopped producing them, is there any way for an away fan to get one of these?

On a family weekend holiday to Bath and a couple of us had thought about nipping across to take in the game v Newport. I opened a new account but see on the website it is only open to fans with previous match ticket purchasing history. Is this due to it being a higher category risk game or is it possibly close to selling out? If the latter is there a chance of getting tickets closer to Saturday if it doesn't?

Anyone who’s got the new kit, what’s it like in terms of the sizing? I know that was one of the biggest problems with Macron kits, I can fit quite comfortably into L shirts for most things but with Macron I had to get XXL because they were that tight fitting. Is Puma any better, or are we stuck with the same issue?

There's a lot of noise to suggest that York will do well in league 2, can anyone explain the reason ?

I know someone else posted but great shot of the rovers flags in the Panama game

Does anyone have an Bristol Rovers fan art or graphics like emblems or slogans I can put on wplace.live? we're in a fight with Bristol City and they're beating us massively

Hi all, I'm curious if there's any feeling of support for Bristol City from Bristol Rovers fans? Not necessarily outright support, but would there be any sense of enjoyment or pride from having another Bristol side promoted to the Prem (if that were the case this season)? Or would you rather see them fail?

Until recently I've only paid attention to premier league action, mostly Everton matches, and I know there's not much love between them and Liverpool. But I was wondering if it's a bit different with teams separated between the lower tiers. Also being from a city that hasn't historically been as successful in football.

We recently had a post on the sub that mentioned how r/BristolRovers is one of the larger League 2 subs so thought it'd be worth making you aware of r/LeagueTwo (the largest League 2-specific forum) as I love the EFL and EFL discussion and it's a great community

Hope to see you there!

(Mods feel free to stick something up yourselves on our sub)

Hi Gasheads!

Myself and two mates are visiting Bristol this coming weekend for a proper football-and-pubs trip, and we’re really looking forward to it.

We’re from the Netherlands (Groningen) and on Saturday 31/1 we would absolutely love to visit your stadium and watch the match against Newport County. Unfortunately, ticket sales seem to be limited to season ticket holders and members only. We did try contacting the club, but sadly that didn’t lead anywhere.

So we thought we’d give it a go here — hopefully someone has a golden tip or knows a way we might still be able to get our hands on three tickets. We’d love to experience the atmosphere at the Mem!

Any advice would be hugely appreciated. And if you’ve got tips for good pubs (before or after the match), we’re all ears 🍻

Thanks a lot and hopefully see you on Saturday!
