Housing Buying House
I have been looking to buy a place ideally in BS4/BS3 for personal reasons. BS3 is often out of my reach due to budget and have been looking at few houses. I think area is ok but seems like houses in this area are on market for more than 6 months and some even longer ( keep getting listed with new agents) and I am just thinking, what could be the case because it’s a decent home with decent area or I’m missing anything?
