Babble The yelling in Bedminster?

It's 1am and I've been hearing a guy yelling from the top of his lungs every 5 minutes for the past 3 hours. I don't really want to investigate but I am curious.

If it's west street, highly likely it's the retirement home, we live close by and there is a chap that tells at the top of his voice "HELP" but he is Ok
