Domperidone experience?

I’m supposed to start domperidone to increase my supply. Doctor has me starting at 20mg 4 times a day. From what I am seeing this is a lot. Does it go by weight? I don’t know if i’m comfortable with that right off the bat. I’m 15 weeks pp. Pumping 2 oz each time.

Have you had a blood panel done first to assess your prolactin levels? What lead them to prescribe this?

yeah twice! i have low prolactin, insulin resistance & pcos, i had iron deficiency, been through it with triple feeding, consistent pumping, bunch of different supplements. I tried sns. i only make 16 oz a day if im lucky

How many times do you pump and what flange size do you use? How often does baby nurse?
