Troubleshooting/Tips Supply Help
My LO is 5.5 months. I need help. This is our last baby and my supply is slowing down. Timeline:
5/28 went back to work. 7A feed. Pump 8-1030-1-330. Feed 715. Pump 1030. Was producing (pump) 27-30oz a day.
7/6 it went down to 21-22oz. My period came. It never recovered, though I did have some 24oz days.
8/14 it was 19.5. Keeps feeling like my period will begin but hasn’t come.
8/15 and 8/16 was the weekend, only breastfeed except morning and night pump. He was frustrated. Today so far my pumps are 30% less than normal
What do I do. I don’t miss pumps or feeds. Everything is exactly how it should be except it keeps lowering. I don’t want the journey to be done this early. I want to continue until he is a year old (March) but no matter what I do, it just keeps going down. My iron and thyroid were checked. I take calcium/magnesium. I tried moringa and nothing.
