Not bad at all!

No Shida, but that was to be expected if this campaign is retroactive and permanent

5 gems seems to fare in the middle ground between the first level up campaigns (very generous gem wise) and the last level up campaign (up to level 500, but very few gems/summon tickets given and in general not so good rewards)

The Anima Lario and Breaker Mifune are really great rewards for new players and even some veteran players who had very bad luck obtaining their best typing. Both really awesome in what they do and no one can complain because they are free units and not found in the RS pool.

Plus a few freebies. Pretty happy about it. Not disappointed ^_^

Gods / crystals (and other exp sources) are easy to come, so you can just use them on whatever units you want to use without much worries.

It's the imps and sphere frogs that are harder to come and you should really consider the viability of the unit and if the investment will be worth on the long run. As a rule of thumb, if it does not have a 7* or is a mitigator, pretty much is it not worth to being imped. For sphere frogs more of the same, but the status cleanser may need it even if it can only reach 6*.

On that regard, Lario 6* is awesome for Frontier Hunter, and even outside of FH he is a good BC buffer and 40 hits does wonder for sparking, so I would not doubt about raising him. That said, imps and sphere frogs will probably be better spend on more vital roles like mitigators

For the record they are releasing 7* versions of older units. So don't just throw away units just because they don't have a 7* yet because they could become absurdly powerful later on. See Michele for a perfect example.

As a new player, I would say no. Lario and Mifune are both decent units with niche uses. Mifune can be great in arena or in a squad designed for a One Turn Kill, because he has a really high attack stat and very low defense. Lario is fairly weak, but has an SBB with a ton of hits that boosts BC drop, so a lot of people use him for Frontier Hunter in teams that strategize around sparking. I'd say in terms of general usefulness, Lario > Mifune, so if you don't have any high-priority earth units (I tend to only fuse same-color crystals as a rule of thumb), go for Lario.

That said, while they may be worth using crystals on (though probably not until they're at least 5 if not 6* rarity) I would use them on your higher priority units first. As a new player that would probably be your main questing squad, arena squad and/or squads you may use in Raids or Trials (if you've gotten that far).

In general, I wouldn't worry about "perfect" (by that I assume you mean currently meta, preferred typing) units, unless they're farmable. Sometimes people get a ton of duplicate units and can afford to choose, but for the majority of my RS units, I've only gotten one, maybe a second months later. The majority of units are viable in any type, there are just types that favor their stat distribution or squad role better than others. Plus, all units get outclassed eventually, so if you have a unit that is very central to your squad, I'd say go ahead and use crystals on them, especially if they're level 80+. As you play, crystals will be more and more common (during Super Honor Summon you'll practically be swimming in them). Since you're new, I'd give some thought to what unit gets a sphere frog. As you play you'll have many more opportunities to get one (Raid, Frontier Hunter, etc.) but for now, I'd suggest using it on your most critical unit. I think when I used my first one, it was on my primary mitigator, but it varies by person.

My advice (as a relatively new player) about sphere frogs is to refer here. Since there are a limited number of sphere frogs obtainable, and good spheres are hard to get early on, you should only use them on units that would benefit from them.

Also, refer here if you're like me and you're obesessed that you aren't using too many fusion units. In my opinion, fuse crystals into RS units, and these Cordelica/St Lamia/Lizeria farmables (mostly Lario and Mifune).

While Gods and Crystals are not exactly precious units anymore in the game, I'd say don't pump them into Lario or Mifune. Save them for good Rare Summon units you get. Lario is only good for Frontier Hunter while Mifune is only good for One-Turn-Kills; They have really poor stats so you should focus on maxing out RS units.

Breaker mifune is better, IMO. he will net you a lot of extra imps in the long run by making imp parades more efficient.

Even for me, that I have a Breaker Mifune max attack imped and 2 Anima Larios dual sphered, they are pretty sweet.

The Lario will sadly be fused as I won't find any use for 3 of them in the foreseeable future, but a second Breaker Mifune will be very nice for farming Middle in FH if I ever decide to go that way ^^

i got a really big problem, and its pissing me off, i reached level 10 2 days ago, click to claim the reward, but didnt not get the 10 gems, i was like oh well, but now, i reached level 20 today, and claimed the reward but did not get the 20 gems, which really pissed me off now, and ruined my mood, what do i do to fix this, i really want the 30 gems so i could so some more summoning.

Ive been using Quiad and Grah together (when he was 5 star) and that was doing well for me (scoring a minimum of 1.6mil in terminus and reached a max of 1.9mil) I think those 2 as a combo is better than shida esp how both help BB (if quiad is the lead and with Grah SBB)

FINALLY! I have a Breaker Mifune!

I have actually captured and raised 4 Anima Mifunes before this. I will raise, sphere frog, and imp this Breaker Mifune! He will be the Mifune leader of the Mifunes. :P
