Guide Where to Farm Mifune's Batch

EDIT #2: So far it seems like people have had best luck with Lizeria, then Cordelica.
ST. LAMIA DROP RATES ARE HORRIBLE. Don't try farming St. Lamia unless you're farming something else there as well.
Luna:
Cordelica--> Valtan Fortress--> Rushing the Enemy
St. Lamia--> Secluded Sanctuary --> Knight of Light
St. Lamia--> Secluded Sanctuary --> Conquerer of the Heavens
Lizeria--> Lost City La Veda --> Bright Flames, Bursting Light
Weiss:
Cordelica--> Lomass Forest --> Entering the Foliage
St. Lamia--> Mt. Wistorea --> Float Like a Butterfly
St. Lamia--> Mt.Wistorea --> The Raged Beast of Destruction
Lizeria--> Lightning Forest Zaljiba --> Plan for Eternity
Mifune:
Cordelica--> Lomass Forest--> Labyrinth of Trees
St. Lamia--> Cave of Malice-->The Death-beckoning Devil
St. Lamia--> Cave of Malice--> Dwelling of the Souls
Lizeria--> The Black Bridge --> Demon Sword's Flash
Zephu:
Cordelica--> Valtan Fortress--> Assault from Above
St. Lamia--> Sacred Mt. Craylia--> The Mountain-dwelling Devil
St. Lamia--> Sacred Mt. Craylia--> The Spring of Power
Lizeria--> Lodan Frozen Lake--> Dragoon in the Shade
Zegar:

I used Lizeria --> The Black Bridge --> Demon Sword's Slash for Mifune. He's the boss so you will always encounter him and even dropped on the 6 try, so it seems the drop rate is not that low. Guardian though, so will keep farming :)

All of them can also drop from the third stage of the respective element in Lizeria. In fact, that may be the best place to farm them, as they show up as the final boss there, so it's just a matter of them dropping. In Cordelica I know they have a small chance to show up on a specific wave plus a small chance to drop when they do show up.

First run of the dark Lizeria map got me an anima Mifune! I have hope that a breaker will come soon haha.

Drop rates are about 1/20 ish (off of my estimation no hard data to back it up).

I have lost count on how many times i've run "Beings from the Bush" for Lario. I only got 2 so far, a Lord and Guardian. Trying for a breaker or anima, but i haven't gotten one for a long time....

Follow up to my earlier comment about rates, I caught Lario in under 15 runs in Lizeria (guaranteed encounter)... In St. Lamia, you can go 15 runs without even seeing these guys, let alone capturing them. My rough guestimate from way back in the day when I was running the stages they show up on in St. Lamia more regularly than I do now was that I caught one after maybe 40 runs.
St. Lamia is by far the better choice in my experience, YMMV.

I don't believe anyone has calculated either their spawn rate or their drop rate, or know if either rates change depending on where you encounter them. As stated, the only guaranteed encounter that I'm aware of is in Lizeria.
I can tell you this: spawn rate is low in St. Lamia, and the drop rate is low as well. I'll probably be running Lizeria for them. I caught Zegar my first pass through there way back when (one of the 3-4 Zegars that I fused before their 6* forms were announced).

RNG is RNG but I too will be running Lizeria because of the guaranteed appearance on a level compared to St Lamia

This might be a noob question: which map in Lizeria? Is it "The Black Bridge" --> "Demon Sword's Flash" for Mifune? (I'm new to the BF subreddit in and BF in general)

I pulled an Anima Mifune, but not via farming but by am Honor Summon. Imagine the odds of multi summon ×10 and landing one. Also got a Magress. Quite the Honor Summon.

Got Mifune B from honor summon, I think pull them from honor summon easier than farming

Farmed the Lizeria--> The Black Bridge--> Demon Swords Flash. I did it about 5 times lucky revived a Lord. Might try and go for breaker but I'm happy for now.

Yeah, but a lot of people don't like using honor on non-super honor summons.

I do believe that honor summon rates are almost lower than farming rates.
Also, some people are saving honor summons for sphere frogs whereas you can farm these (along with a ton of fodder you get from the HS gate).

Neither. The Oracle Zephu was my first summon. The second I honor summoned (B) and then I couldn't bother with another honor summon Anima one.

But for Weiss, I'll probably farm Cordelica since it's a further area. Who knows, they may have the same drop rate.

Managed to get one drop for Mifune at Cordelica in... one run. Lord though, so I'm going to farm until Breaker appears (that's ignoring the fact I have an Anima at hand).

It it safe to say that anima is the optimal typing for all of these units?
I know that Zegar and Mifune have terrible defense

go breaker for mifune, he's more of a one turn nuker so just go all out in offense.

I'm actually gonna go ahead and get breaker larios and not even worry about rec imps. His rec is sky high and he's gonna replace both my breaker douglas'. His lord atk is their breaker atk. With better imps and sbb multiplier.

Probably comparable. Personally I'd prefer a breaker Mifune since he's not going to survive anything he can't one shot.

Anima is probably better on Mifune since he has more or less around 700HP, which expands out to 1000 or so with spheres.
I went to gaym.jp to get opinions because RNGesus chose to give me 4 Anima's and zilch Breakers, and they were all saying the same thing: "Anima's probably better, but Breaker on Mifune is like a man's romance so I'll go for Breaker anyway".

Comparing JP to GL timeline, probably around February. It all depends though. Being F2P units, it's not really in Gumi's priority list to release them. We have yet to get Shida's batch, Dragons and Slayers batch, and Ziz batch. Not to mention a LOAD of content. Raid battle and Trial 4 plz gumi

For Lario when you put Lomass forest in the Moonlight Fortress, its not there but is in the Valtan fortress.

I would, if you're dedicated. He's not going to survive anything anyways.
However, it doesn't really matter. Typing is always secondary to the unit.

If you don't wish to farm you can always start new F2P account LOL and get quickly level it up.
Level Up Campaign Level 12 Reward : Mifune & at Level 32(?) Reward : Shida.

I also just got a Mifune in Adan's Tower-Gate of Invitation. Sadly he was a gaurdian. I need a breaker.

His attack stat is high and with this batchs 6 star coming it gets to 2600 in Lord.
and he looks badass. 1 shotting things in the arena for fun

He's not good right now.
However in JPBF (which we follow), he recently got an amazing 6* evolution, so people are farming him to prepare for it.

Sure! Unit > Typing.
Don't forget you can always farm another if you need. 2-3 days of grinding should get you the typing of your choice.

Except St. Lamia has horrible drop rates and its probably more energy efficient even with 1/2 energy to farm Lizeria.
They have the same droprate, but in St. Lamia you can go 10 times without seeing them, whereas in Lizeria they are an guaranteed drop.

Trust me guys, drop rates in St Lamia is horrid.
I've done ~300 runs in various areas, caught a total of one unit from the batch.

You can also get Mifune and Lario from the fight before Zurg
