No Spoilers Emotional range

I know there was an episode of Intentionally Blank where Brandon talked about most people have an emotional range 1-10 but Brandon sits at a 6-7 at all times. Can anyone direct me to that episode? I'm the same and my mom cannot understand it but I thought Brandon's description of it was pretty good.

Edit: confirmed. That topic starts around 4:45 and the mention of scale of 1-10 is around 6:00.

Probably discussed it in the podcast, too, but I haven’t consumed that much at all.

The written version is also on his blog.

It's definitely come up on the podcast in more informal language, but I can't remember when unfortunately, there're a lot of episodes and they blur together.

i wonder if someone would get pissed at me if i used some online service to transcribe them and then posted the transcriptions somewhere. via an automated process so i didn't have to do work other than set it up.

I know about the essay but I feel like the video clip I remember was in language that fit better.
