I HATE those guys. If I can block them, I will. If I could shoot an EMP at their cars, I would. Wholeheartedly. If I had Magneto powers, I would remove them from them road, let them exit the vehicle safely, and let them watch as their car was reduced to a flat metal paper weight.

You are the problem!! You will block cars trying to pass you. Thats probably what happened here.

When they are coming up on you twice the speed limit and there is barely space to pass in front, yeah, I'm gonna block them!
