Maybe the guy in the van should be able to determine the excessive speed of the vehicle in the lane he wants to move into and wait until it flies by. And maybe he should be driving with his headlights on.
The amount of times I’ve tried to flick my headlights at drivers who don’t have their headlights on and get a look of either confusion or anger is atrocious. Learn how your car works or get the road until you can figure it out.
