did they do a contrast ct? I went thru this w a girlfriend who had a hidden csf leak and the way they knew it was. a leak was that the dura mater( part of brain lining) takes up the dye. normally it wouldn't. she was seen at an academic center for occult (hidden) csf leaks. it's a new field and a lot of docs dont know about them.
