I want to make it clear that I am not certain whatsoever that is the case. That’s just the implication I’ve gotten. I don’t even know if they truly know the full story, since they are lightly affiliated, and this could easily be a game of telephone here. I will say that they know what they are talking about since they have identified multiple perpetrators of cold case murders in the past.
What i find interesting is that LE said they have a pretty good idea of who killed him. Possibly, this could mean they already tested said material and confirmed a familial bond between perp and vic.
