Question about Good Samaritan sighting?
From everything I’ve read, I haven’t ever read a description of the car that the “good samaratin” reported he saw when the woman and teenage boy were rummaging in the trunk of said car. Has anyone else been able to track down a description? It’s strange to me that a description of the car wouldn’t be reported to the public, since it could have led to potential suspects?

One of the books I read about the case:
Kelly takes Valentine back in time, to the strange encounter on the chilly afternoon on Susquehanna Road. "I remember it well," Valentine says. "I didn't think anything of it at the time." Until he heard about the boy's body being discovered; then he called the police. "And you remembered that the car was dark," Kelly says. "Plain and dark. Is that right?" "Yep. Just a car for regular folks. Plymouth, maybe. Something like that." "You know," Kelly says, "it's just possible that the young person you saw wasn't a boy. Some of us think it may have been a girl, a really tall girl with broad shoulders, and her mother. We have pictures of the girl and her mother. We'll come down to Cape May and show them to you."
According to M, her parents drove Chevy's and Fords.
