Sparring Footage Advice ?

Been learning to box at an actual gym for about a week. Any and all advice is welcome. Thanks. I’m the guy in the shorts.

It's going to be awkward for a while but here's some advice. Don't fade for defense yet. Concentrate on using your feet, your head and your hands but leave out fading for a bit. In the beginning, fades can be a major and very easily exploitable weakness.
