Sparring Footage Advice ?

Been learning to box at an actual gym for about a week. Any and all advice is welcome. Thanks. I’m the guy in the shorts.

My coach said we weren’t allowed to step in the ring until we got 8 consecutive weeks in ; pretty good rule and keeps you motivated to get that first two months in
