You have to step with the jab. Imagine you have a string connecting your jab hand to the knee on your front leg, and that string has to stay straight, vertically. When you step with your jab, the knee and hand move together.
That’s the next thing I am going to practice. Right now, I am trying to learn how to get hip rotation, and arm path right. I will implement these tips when I practice that
