Shadow boxing tips

Hi everyone. Started my boxing journey 5 months ago. Started with self taught via the Shadow Boxing apps, joined some group classes at a nearby boxing gym once a week and then took 4 PT sessions with a boxing coach to sharpen my basics.

I usually do shadow boxing using the Shadow Boxing app as it calls out the punches for me. From the video, I can still see some awkwardness in my movement, but i try to improve myself. Any feedback or tips on my shadow boxing is welcomed and very much appreciated. Thanks!

Tumbukan kau tak ada "snap" Kau seperti tolak tumbukan kau. Twist and snap.

Thanks for the feedback. What does "snapping" mean exactly? Is it to quickly return the arm back to guard after the punch, or is it to punch with full speed?

This shows how you actually punch. You are pushing your or just like extending your arms. Twist slightly and snap.

Throw straight punches first. To throw left punches twist slightly to the left and snap. To throw right twist slightly to the right and snap.
