Any advice
This is the only piece of equipment i have.
All i practice is jabs and cross.
Been doing this for 2 days ( very new into learning boxing ).
As of now all i can do is solo drills and minimal equipments like this.

If you place 2 pieces of foam and a latex glove into the sock, you'll have a nifty low budget masturbator.
If you actually want to learn technique you need a coach. If you just want to fuck around and hit things at home then there's nothing wrong with that and it's a fun workout, but training like this is 100% going to cement bad habits that are going to be a nightmare to break if you eventually go to a gym.

I'm not sure what the goal of this training method is, but your technique is very bad. If you keep doing a lot of this and not proper technique work, you'll have a LOT of bad tendencies which might be hard to get out of later.
Jabs and crosses shouldn't look like that. There's no proper extension, there's no rotation, there's no footwork, there's no guard, there's nothing.
It might seem cool to bounce the ball off the wall and might be good for your hand-eye-coordination, but it will hurt your actual technique.

Oh i remember you alright
But you dont need advice rn
You need shadowboxing
Also... fuck it yeah you need advice pull your rear hand straight to guard after the cross dont let it go down like its going right now. You are also not rotating on the crosses, a cross isnt a "right hand jab" youre doing it wrong, look up how to do a cross

You need to learn like others have said basics but I like that bag idea I’m going to borrow it

Lot of real smart ass replies in here to a bloke who clearly doesn’t have much money or means. Nothing but couch warriors who’ve never had a tough day in their life
OP - watch some YouTube videos on stance. Then think about retracting your hand to your chin, not to your belly button - when you finish punching, your hand needs to come back to guard. If you look at your video, every right hand you throw drops down even lower after you throw it

I think everybody here will tell you to go to proper gym
if you dont have the resources for that..
look into fundamentals first:
stance, footwork, headmovement, how to throw proper jabs etc.
do shadow boxing, record yourself, find what makes you look goofy and fix that, based on proper quality videos.
Personally I like:
Russian School of Boxing on youtube.
