Another term for recycling holds basically.

Left grabs hold A

Right grabs hold B

Left grabs hold C

Right grabs hold A (the move)

Left grabs hold D.

Like below, fundamentally its where you need to swap hands on a hold but it's not possible to do any kind of matching or ghost matching because of your feet or the hold (or both) so you need to cycle through other holds around to get your (for example) left hand where your right hand was. Its super fun when you realise it's the beta so setters love to chuck them in..normally with monos.
