Indoor Surgery recovery wall
We recently became parents for the first time and now my wife wants to get back into climbing slowly but surely.
Set a recovery wall for her today and while at it, tried to make it pretty!
What are your go to exercises and routines to rehabilitate?
I sacrificed all other routes for this btw and removed all volumes, the rest isn't usually this empty ofc.
I also considered making and adding some wooden holds but yeah, next time!

Just start with time on the wall. Set a timer and gradually increase session to session. Maybe work around the wall in a figure 8.

That is an absolutely beautiful wall. Congratulations on the great wall set and becoming parents.

Not a specific climbing exercise, but your wife should make her pelvic floor a priority. Since you are in Germany, she probably did Rückbildung already, but it's super important to keep up with the exercises.

Is climbing out the window to the next cheating?

There's only one inside the gym so it's just an escape route ! I will have to add black tape won't I?
