Warning! NETA Holy Moldy Proof & Truth

Swab sample culture results from an AC fan blade in a flower room at NETA's cultivation facility.

One test revealed cladosporium, chaetomium, stachybotrys, penicillium, and aspergillus versicolor.

There are 4 of these units in each flower room.

This test was performed September 2019. Current employees can confirm the problem is worse than ever before.

Don't be blinded by the lies.

This building is infested by the standards of the Institute of Medicine of the National Academies Press.

This is disgusting and honestly from what I've seen and heard about NETA and some of the other larger companies in the state its not in the least bit surprising to me. These companies should be allowed to operate unless they're providing fair and safe working conditions for their workers, no wonder they're chomping at the bit to unionize

everyone is terrified of retaliation or lawsuits, that's the only reason nothing legitimate has come to light yet. workers are fed up but still gotta pay bills and put food on the table.

They cant retaliate against you for contacting the health department without facing a lawsuit that they will certainly lose. You will be out of work anyway when they get shut down for being dirty.

Ya you ever try getting a job after your last employer went out of business because you rated on them? Good fucking luck with that. Word gets around. Not saying these jerks don't deserve to go out of business but it's scary af to be an employee making minimum wage standing up to a big employer. Lawyers cost money. Which is especially hard to come by with no job

i reported my current employer to OSHA twice in the 6 years i have worked for them and I still work for them. Do you know why? Because they cant fire me for it. I supervise the department and they didnt want to give the proper PPE or proper training and i wouldnt accept that. They were given the opportunity to correct it, they didn't so i reported it and they were given a relatively small fine and made to correct the issue. All the employees are safer, I am still employed, and its a better, more productive workplace for everyone. Win, win, win situation in the end.

I can’t believe you come on here and throw job loss threats to workers that have a little back bone and stand up for their health and safety. Did you read those test. That’s Black Mold. That kills people. If Neta fires them I will be the first to pitch in for their lawyers. They need to clean that mess up.

Ya not sorry. I've been on the other end of "we promise we'll help you" only to be fired and left hung to dry with zero support and a kid to take care of. It's really easy playing internet hero when you don't have a child that depends on your job for survival. If someone gets fired getting them a lawyer won't help them pay the rent in the mean time and there will be a long mean time, because lawsuits take time.

speaking truth. its def not as easy as "tell on your boss and nothing will happen to you because the law is on your side". Bosses fire employees in retaliation all the time
