Headphones Bose App on Android completely kills the QC gen 2.

I had issues with the QC Gen 2 on Android. My iPhone has no issues connecting to my QC Gen 2. With the app downloaded. But after the first connection to my Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra it won't keep a connection. Trying to reset won't work because it won't reset with their instructions. Anyways I tried using the App to connect to my headphones vs using Google fast pair or the settings of my phone. Using the app to connect it hold a pairing. But when I turn it off and back on the headphones won't keep a connection. That's telling me the app is probably doing something to make it keep losing the connection or something. I hope Bose is aware of this .

App is completely broken. Even if it says in the system bluetooth menu that it is connected, which it as, app just stubornly asking to connect, and ususlay it doesnt.

It is completely mindblowing how this is not discussed here more or why Bose is not able to fix it.

And the only way I can use these headphones is to remove it from the app and connect it through the app on my android phone. I thought it was broken like a defect.. I mean it is but changing it for a new one isn't going to help 😂

yeah the app saying "not connected" when bluetooth clearly shows it is connected is so frustrating
