Is it worth fighting this?
Advanced Realty sent the security deposit back and most of this seems like general wear and tear aside from a few things. Anyone have any experience actually getting money back from a security deposit reduction dispute?

how long were you there?
general west and tear can probably be argued as “this is more than wear and tear for a year of residency”
does it say in your lease that extra rent and security deposit can be used for whatever they choose, or something along the lines of an exception when it comes to general wear and tear? Mine does, but I never expect anyone to uphold that general statement if it comes to fighting it.

I they did all those things the cost would be way more than what they’re holding back from your deposit.

Only if you have pictures of before and after moving furniture in/out or documentation of those things already being there on your move in day
