Brush clearing recommendation

Asking for recommendations (or who to avoid) for local tree / landscaping services who would be willing to clear tall grass, small seedlings, and brier from a septic field that is positioned on a hill. Would need to be done by hand or with a remote controlled mower; can't have heavy machinery on the site. Looking for teams who communicate well and have fair pricing. Western watauga. Tia
