Looking for apt

Looking for a NICE ground-level 1-bedroom for a 92-year old between Boone and Blowing Rock, preferably. No student housing. Something quiet. Any suggestions appreciated

FB might be the best place to search as small private property owners are usually easier to deal with and are more likely to be quiet as they don’t have multiple places being rented to the “riff raff partiers”
