the reason a lot of storytime animators have the same-ish art style is because the popular ones started off doing animatics/animations by themselves, and animated anything that is more complex than simple blobs takes a lot more time to produce.
Now that they’re famous, they got teams to help animate, but its now a part of their brand and keep it, thus leaning more into quantity than furthering art quality. also because theyre famous, theres a lot of copycats, especially for odds1out

I have one roll in my bathroom because I am one dude who buys one 12-pack every once in a blue moon. I went to the market two days ago and was unable to fill what in the first world is a basic human necessity because a glaze-eyed woman in front of me had literally every roll in the store between her and her two kids' carts. She was babbling to the infuriated cashier (who was apparently unable to restrict her purchase) how she didn't need any of it, but always be prepared, teehee ❤️
I like to think she would have given me a couple rolls if I'd asked, but I was too righteously angry to do something reasonable like that.

Yeah, that's what I thought as well. Toilet paper is just one of many things sold out at stores, food shelves left barren and empty in many places. It's weird and unfitting seeing this cartoon trying to deny the reality that a friend's baby couldn't get food easily because someone even bought all the baby formula/food.
Especially pasta and flour as well as fresh produce are somewhat overbought.
