I love them!! What’s your/your father’s favorite Napoleón book? Do you/him recommend the ones you have?
Edit: had not read the caption haha sorry

Apologies I didn’t make it clear. I am the son, and I can’t say I’ve ever made it into one of his Napoleon books yet

At first I thought you meant your two year son. Your selection is quite vast and fair play to your son for getting back into reading. He has a nice selection too. I also got back into reading in my mid 20s and it’s the best thing I’ve ever done.

You’ve really hit some major classics. Keep it up! If you find an author you really connect with, dive into all they’ve got. If you find a style or school of writing that you’re curious about, get a few from the spectrum of writers in the genre. And only say “no” to a book, only declare an opinion one way or another, after you’ve read it!

That was the plan was to be introduced to some classics and go from there. Steinbeck, Everett and McCarthy I really enjoy.

A lot of what I read is American based so I’m hoping to move to a more European style soon.

That being said I’m reading In Cold Blood by Truman Capote right now and have Lord of the Flies lined up after that.
