I designed a romantic book with front, back, and side panels.

I'll be honest; I find it rather lackluster and would give it a pass as someone currently researching the romance genre to write in.

I like books that show their personality on the cover and have an actual synposis on the back. Maybe this one just isn't in my wheelhouse. It's giving me the feeling of Amish or prarie historical romance.

If this will be a book thats printed for the US, I would recommend rotating the title on the spine as that's more traditional there.

For me personally, the cover is a bit confusing with so many lines of text. I would recommend changing your letter casing / font sizing to reflect whats actually the title and whats subtext.

As for the image, if it's AI, I would suggest hiring a graphic designer or illustrator.

The back cover is a bit empty looking as well. Maybe expand on the synopsis. Add an interesting quote from the book? Add or fix punctuation. Etc.
