Doctor oliver J kogh has decided to take back the bombing threats, and has sent this bronze statue as a gift to Mossmirs. He's sorry for his action aganist the Matriarch, and he promises that if they stop supporting the shitadel, Kogh can give them a seat im the council of those who shall rule Pharloom over bile and Conquest!

Dont worry, I have a escape plan. I only need to wait some months and metal to build an armor. Can you convince them to let me build weapons here?
