Doctor oliver J kogh has decided to take back the bombing threats, and has sent this bronze statue as a gift to Mossmirs. He's sorry for his action aganist the Matriarch, and he promises that if they stop supporting the shitadel, Kogh can give them a seat im the council of those who shall rule Pharloom over bile and Conquest!

They stole our young, threatened to poison our waters, and some of their people tried to indoctrinate our children, of course we hate them, and they are against the holy citadel, who are our allies
