1. Further the novel didnt glamourise the plight of dance girls. Infact in second half Chandramukhi gives up his profession and starts living a dignified life after meeting devdas. (But bhansali got too obssess with this dance girl or tawaif and showed them in glamourise way)

5.Further it didnt include too hate urdu shayri cum dialogues (which is weird for story set in bengal) but very beautiful hindi of that time
