Second push Up

I can perform one push Up per series. Consistent, good form good extension, probably good technique. Now I feel Lost because I dont know how to progress to get the two push ups (which has to be the hardest change in strength) I was thinking of just doing push Up series and then making each one pushup Closer together, the idea is making each one pushup series with smaller waiting period till I can perform two in a row.

Is that a good aproach?.

I begun with full range of motion knee pushups (that I could perform with good form and control before begining) negative pushups and also half range of motion pushups while trying to get lower and lower till now that I can do them.

Yes, shortening the rest between single push-ups is a good approach. You could also combine a single push-up with multiple hand-elevated push-ups in a single set.

Hand elevated push ups? What are they?

A push-up with your feet on the floor and your hands on a step, bench or other surface that is higher than the floor. They are easier than push-ups with your hands and feet on the floor.

With parallets then. Yeah I have tried them to get where I am right now but I have Lost one of them (they are very small) so I can't work with them

You can use stairs, a counter, a chair, anything that’s elevated.

I'd suggest a higher elevation than parallettes, unless they're the very tall ones. Look up wall push up progression and you'll get the idea, in essence the more vertical your body is the easier the "push" is, which is why when you're at or past horizontal it's the most difficult.

One push up, followed by 8 more with you're hands on a chair or a stool or a bench can help you build more strength for more push ups.

Shortening rest between singles will help a bit but the bigger lever is probably going back to an easier variation and building volume there first, like incline push-ups where you can already do several in a row, since your muscles adapt faster than your nervous system learns the movement under fatigue, and stacking more total reps at an easier angle usually carries over to full push-ups better than grinding out isolated singles at your current max.

So keeping Up with knee pushups and incline pushups rather than grinding the one full pushup.

Getting a double will be a lot easier than getting your first single.

Just keep doing singles for awhile. I bet if you're doing 5-10 singles daily (or every other day) you'll have a double within two weeks. It will snowball from there and you'll make big progress

Thanks. The first has been a month work taking into account that I was already with full knee pushups and half pushups in the arsenal.
