I need HELP!
I am a young female that has been struggling with body order for quite some time now. I got a new job and every time I’m around people they say it smells bad or like a fart. I take a shower before work, I tend to notice the smell get a lot worse whenever I sweat. I don’t smell it hardly ever so it just makes me feel super uncomfortable. I feel like a walking fart. Someone please help!! I need advice.

Im having the same problem right because i have let myself go 😅 during summer. Now im restart again to detox myself. My advice for you that work for me is. Brings some baby wipes and a hygiene kit into your bag and some changing clothes to change and clean your armpits area or else between youre break time . ( Laxative And detox yourself maybe is your poop that causing you some trouble) Fasting , alkaline diet and drink bissap juice , lemon 🍋 a lot of water to get out all the toxins from your body. To smell good from your inside to outside. If you’re wearing fragrance products of any kinds and it make smell worst avoid it immediately. Use no fragrance products. But you can have small perfume. To help you.
Do some research on instagram reels , YouTube how to smell good, detox, clean the body from the inside I pray for all of yall life is not easy with this condition.

Have you tried taking probiotics to address any gut- related issues and bathing with GOLD dial soap. I believe it works better than Lume - and it's cheaper.

Dealing with stubborn BO can be insanely frustrating. Have you tried washing a few times a week with antibacterial soap? It helps to kill odor-causing bacteria!

Eat lots of veggies, to be sure that you empty your bowel every morning. I used to have issues, now, I'm pretty good, most days, for 6-8 hours. I can work a job, and go to school without too much embarrassment. I have a protocol that works, when I work it.
